We’ve got data; let’s use it! The Data Quality Campaign, which is hosting a national data summit today, released a new report, recommending four ways states can better use data. Education, but no degree. A 23-year-old blogger is hoping to finish the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Computer Science curriculum (33 courses) within one year – and for about $1,000. How?
