		<description>J Yates thank you for your obvious common sense regarding this issue. Many Rhee supporters have overlooked the fact that you cannot be successful if you go into an organization/community and start barking orders at people, as if their concerns are not important. There are certainly other educational leaders who have made drastis changes and improvement without sending a message to parents, students, and teacher that their concerns are insignificant. It will be interesting to see who the new mayor hires for the job and how well that individual will handle community relations.</description>
